Caroline James
With over 20 years of experience, Caroline James (nee Harding) is an established Make-Up and Hair Artist who consistently delivers under pressure, both individually or as part of a team. Working predominately in TV and the music industry her long list of artist credits include Steps, James Arthur, Tom Jones, Caity Baser, Lauren Spencer Smith, Cassidy Jansen, Jacqui Abbott and Paul Heaton, Eurielle, Paul McCartney, Dannii Minogue, S Club 7, Athlete, Marianne Faithful. TV credits are numerous and include Britains Got Talent, Coronation Street, X-Factor, The Voice, Holly Oaks, MTV’s Sweet 16, Extreme Makeover and Little Mix The Search in 2020.
Caroline has been responsible for creating the looks for many high profile artists on live world tours. She has toured with Katie Melua, who she has been working with for the last 10 years. In 2017/18 and 2022 she travelled the UK on the sold-out Steps tour. In 2022 Caroline was Make up artist on the feature film, Chuck Chuck Baby filmed in Wales with director Janis Pugh.
Caroline has been commissioned for numerous advertising campaigns including GHD, Peoples postcode lottery, Omaze UK, Speedo, Blood & Glitter fashion label. She has had the pleasure of working with some of the industries leading photographers including David Bailey, Gered Mankowitz and Rankin.
